Return & Exchange Policy

Once the order is placed it'll be shipped within the next 10 to 20 business days. For international orders different taxes may apply depending on your country's customs policy.

If the item is listed upon "Pre-order" we may take between 20 - 40 days to ship.

If you need to change the same piece for a different size. Send us an email to vqdesignproject@gmail.com and we will contact you back with details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not make refunds.
